This restaurant was over-the-top! The decor is done very well and gives off a casual yet classy vibe. We were seated immediately and had our server, Jed, at our table almost instantly. He was very friendly, knowledgable and extremely accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed a 10-oz filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly and tasted absolutely amazing along with the mouth-watering bacon wrapped asparagus. In fact, I truly believe it was the best filet I’ve had in my life thus far. They use only quality USDA prime grade beef, which is also aged for a minimum of 30 days and then undergoes their high-end broiling technique which is what sets this restaurant apart from most. I also ordered their “Must-Have Caesar” salad, which was absolutely spot-on, anchovies and all! They also deliver a basket of fresh-baked bread prior to dinner being served. The rest of their menu looked absolutely phenomenal as well. This restaurant is a definite winner in my book, and we will be sure to visit again the next time we travel through Rapid City!!!
